I don't think there has been a time in my life that I have been so excited about the year to come. Things are just lining up and going so smoothly for me. I am continuing to practice the "3 C's of BIZness" consistency,commitment,and communication. I learned the hard way the value of these 3 components.
The primary point is consistency. Most people expect to be able to come to me for support and assistance. It is crucial to be accurate, supportive and prompt in response to their requests. Customer service is as valued today as it was when my parents were in BIZness.
Secondly it is important that I am committed to my customers, associates, and my BIZness. It is vital to actively participate in recruitment and training. The "blame game" has never been productive for me. Moving forward and continually looking for ways to improve have been very beneficial. I have so many mentors that have guided me. Learning by example has been a valuable resource.
Third is communication. "The phone IS thy friend." It is amazing how much the personal touch and answering the phone consistently can propel BIZness. Once I was the only person out of 3 to answer the phone. I made a friend and had the opportunity to process the largest order of the month.
These three simple little words have had a profound effect on BIZness. They are easy to do and easy not to do. I am in utter amazement how 2008 is leaping forward.
